Dr. Mayo joined the practice in 2006 after completing her OB/GYN residency at the University of Tennessee is Memphis. Dr. Mayo is a native of Memphis and the mother of one child.

Susan Lacy, MD, FACOG |

Dr. Lacy is a partner at OB/GYN Specialists, P.C., joining the practice in 1997. A native of California, Dr. Lacy is married and the mother of four boys. An active member of the community, she is a supporter and participant of Memphis' Race for the Cure. Dr. Lacy is a member of the Memphis and Shelby County OB/GYN Society and the Bluff City Medical Society, as well as a Board Certified Fellow with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Yvonne Moore, MD, FACOG |

Dr. Moore is one of the founders of OB/GYN Specialists, P.C. A native of Memphis, she is married and the mother of two children. She is a member of True Light Baptist Church and is a volunteer physician for the Church Health Center. Dr. Moore is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association, American Association of Christian Counselors, North America Society for Psychosocial ObGyn, Memphis & Shelby County ObGyn Society and the Bluff City Medical Society. Dr. Moore is Tennessee’s co-coordinator for Postpartum Support International. She is a member of the Ethics Committee as well as the ad-hoc Committee for Postpartum Support Services at Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women. Dr. Moore is honored to hold a federal appointment to the Secretary’s Advisory Committee on Infant Mortality, which advises the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Dr. Moore enjoys gospel music, collects angel figurines and is an avid sports fan.

Paula Pilgrim, MD, FACOG |

Dr. Pilgrim is one of the founders of OB/GYN Specialists, P.C. A native of Memphis, Dr. Pilgrim is married and the mother of two children. She is an active member of her church and has participated on mission trips to Honduras. She was a recipient of the She Knows Where She's Going Award given by Girls Incorporated of Memphis. She is a Board Certified Fellow with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is a member of ACOG's Sports Gynecology Society and the American Medical Athletic Association. Dr. Pilgrim also is a volunteer with the Church Health Center. Dr. Pilgrim is the past Treasurer of the Memphis and Shelby County OB/GYN Society and has served as coordinator of the Case Conference at Baptist Women’s Hospital for 7 years.

Jessica Ruffin, MD |

Dr. Ruffin is from Oxford, Mississippi and joined OB/GYN Specialists in July 2004. She is married and the mother of two children. She received the University of Tennessee Teaching award along with Berlex best PGY2 Teaching Resident. She was the winner of the Senior Paper Day Competition along with being of the winner of the Resident Research Competition at the ACOG regional meeting. She is a Junior Fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of the Memphis and Shelby County Medical Society and the Bluff City Medical Group.
